User Agreement

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Huaxia, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you use Huaxia on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

2. Eligibility and Personal Use

Huaxia is intended for lawful personal use. You may not use the app in a way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the stability or security of the app or Apple platform services.

3. App License

Subject to this Agreement, Huaxia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, only as permitted by the App Store terms and this Agreement.

4. Your Photos, Notes, and Metadata

You are responsible for the photos, notes, captions, and other information that you import into Huaxia. You must have the rights needed to use that content. Huaxia is designed to process selected content locally on your device, including photo thumbnails, memo text, date data, and location metadata when present in the source image.

5. Local Processing and Device Features

Huaxia uses Apple system frameworks such as PHPicker, SpriteKit, Core Motion, and StoreKit to provide photo importing, physics interactions, focus viewing, tilt-based movement, and in-app purchases. Some app features depend on device capabilities, iOS version, and the metadata available in the photos you select.

6. Virtual Coins and Purchases

Huaxia may offer virtual coins or similar digital items through Apple in-app purchases. Coins are licensed, not sold, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for money or transferable outside the app.

• All purchase transactions are handled by Apple through your App Store account.
• Pricing, taxes, billing, refunds, and subscription controls, if any, are governed by Apple policies.
• Huaxia may require coins for certain app actions, such as importing a photo.
• Attempted fraud, payment abuse, or manipulation of virtual currency may result in access restrictions.

7. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the app except where law expressly allows it;
• use the app to store or process content that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• attempt to bypass app restrictions, payment flows, device security, or Apple platform protections;
• use automated tools to interfere with normal app behavior or load unauthorized code into the app.

8. Availability, Updates, and Changes

Huaxia may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time to improve design, legal compliance, security, or stability. We may also update this Agreement. Continued use after an updated Agreement is made available means you accept the revised terms.

9. Backups and Device Responsibility

Huaxia is not a guaranteed backup service. You remain responsible for maintaining your own copies of important photos, notes, and related information. Device loss, deletion, reset, system failure, or uninstalling the app may affect local app data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huaxia is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huaxia and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or device content arising out of or related to your use of the app.
